Yes! You can change your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my message limit?
Your chatbot will continue to function, but you'll receive a notification suggesting an upgrade to maintain optimal service quality and avoid interruptions.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a free trial for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within the trial period, you can cancel without charge. After the trial, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis.
How does billing work?
